Entry Process

  • Applications are accepted daily at the Local 803 office from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • All applications will be accepted without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, or sex, marital status, or military discharge.
  • Female applicants are encouraged.
  • Applicants accepted into program will be required to attend school from September through April, one night a week.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Must have completed 2 years high school or have GED equivalent.
  • May have to pass a physical exam.
  • May have to pass a drug screening test.

Abilities

  • Must have endurance
  • Must have patience since concrete work requires precision.
