Vacations Savings Plan at a glance
For you and your fellow workers, your Employer and Union have created the DuPage County Cement Masons’ Local No. 803 Vacation Savings Fund which provides vacation benefits.
The DuPage County Cement Masons’ Local No. 803 Vacation Savings Fund is maintained as a result of a collective bargaining agreement, sometimes referred to as a CBA.
Your Vacation Savings Fund receives its money from Employer Contributions to the Fund. An Individual Account is created in your name for these contributions. The Vacation Savings Fund is a payroll deduction.
The decisions on Plan operations and benefits are made by a Board of Trustees on which labor and management are equally represented.
